Job Summary:
A) Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping), YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
Own channel-wise budget allocation based on CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion performance.
Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing funnels to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
Monitor attribution across marketing touchpoints to identify high-performing channels and campaigns.
B) Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Drive customer acquisition through paid lead-generation campaigns with defined CPL and conversion targets.
Develop and optimize acquisition funnels to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
Grow the customer database through data-driven digital campaigns.
C) Website, SEO & E-commerce Management
Drive SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, Google Business Profile performance,



website traffic, and store walk-ins.
Manage website performance, user experience, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Monitor e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely website updates and campaign execution.
D) Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor digital strategies, pricing, promotions, creatives, and media investments.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, AI tools, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
E) Innovation & Growth
Test recent advertising platforms, campaign formats, AI tools, and marketing automation solutions.
Recommend data-backed growth initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing ROI.
