Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Total Rewards solutions. This role will partner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Business Leaders to deliver innovative total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency,



and a superior employee experience.

Experience: 5+ years of Workday Compensation and/or Benefits experience
Employment Type: Full-Time

Advise on best practices related to rewards, pay equity, workforce retention, and employee engagement.
Support global and regional total rewards transformation initiatives.
Configure and optimize Workday Total Rewards solutions, including Compensation & Advantages.
