We are looking for an experienced and proactive Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experience, team performance, safety, and overall venue profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth and productive service.
Lead, motivate, and manage the venue team to achieve operational and customer service standards.
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and venue performance.
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Maintenance, and other departments.
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety,



and overall venue presentation.
Plan and oversee birthday parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in venue, retail, hospitality, F&B;, entertainment, or similar operations.
Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of sales, revenue, and operational KPIs.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a family entertainment center or similar environment is an advantage.
