About the Role
HealthSense is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive who can independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon, Quick Commerce, Shopify and other online marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should have solid practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, along with a good understanding of inventory planning, supply chain coordination, cataloguing, listings, order management and marketplace operations.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with data, coordinating across teams and taking ownership of daily marketplace activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
Handle product listings, cataloguing, variation creation, content updates and listing corrections
Monitor inventory, stock availability,



replenishment and out-of-stock situations
Coordinate inventory planning based on sales trends and upcoming demand
Manage Amazon operational activities including orders, FBA inventory, pricing updates, suppression issues and account-related tasks
Work closely with warehouse, supply chain and internal teams for smooth order and inventory flow
Manage operational requirements for Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart and similar channels
Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment across different e-commerce channels
Maintain and update product data across Amazon and other marketplaces
Handle listings and cataloguing on other e-commerce portals as required
Manage basic Shopify operations, including products, inventory, orders and catalogue updates
Track daily sales, inventory, pending tasks and operational issues
Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets / Excel
Use formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tab
