The ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with 4–7 years of total
experience, including 2–3 years of core insurance domain experience across
policy, claims, and underwriting systems. The role requires solid ability to
elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into
functional specifications, support data/interface mapping, and work closely with
business, technology, QA, and data engineering teams to enable successful
delivery of insurance data and technology initiatives
