Build content strategies for brands across different industries and audiences
Develop content pillars, themes, formats and creative directions
Turn business objectives into content people actually want to consume
Research trends, internet culture, competitors and audience behaviour
Come up with campaign ideas, social concepts and recurring content series
Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and creative briefs
Work closely with designers, video editors, social media managers and performance marketers
Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future strategies
Stay obsessively curious about what's happening across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and the wider internet
Bring fresh ideas to the table rather than recycling what everyone else is doing
What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in content strategy, social media, advertising, creative strategy or a related role
Robust understanding of social media and digital culture
Excellent writing and communication skills
A sharp eye for what makes content interesting, relevant and shareable
Ability to understand a brand's personality and translate it into content
Strong research and ideation skills
