Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Create and publish job postings on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain interview records.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
Coordinate campus hiring and walk-in interviews when required.
2. Employee Onboarding
Complete joining formalities.
Collect and verify all employee documents.
Prepare offer letters,



appointment letters and employment agreements.
Conduct employee induction and orientation.
Create employee files and maintain HR records.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, email IDs and required assets.
Ensure smooth onboarding for every new employee.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain daily attendance records.
Track late arrivals, absenteeism and employee leaves.
Manage leave balances and approvals.
Prepare monthly attendance reports.
Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance issues.
4. Payroll Coordination
Prepare payroll inputs every month.
Coordinate salary processing with the finance team.
Maintain employee salary records.
Process reimbursements and incentives.
Assist in Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
5. Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Celebrate birthdays, festivals and company events.
Resolve employee concerns professionally.
