· Leading the domestic returnable packaging business with a solid market presence.
· Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and contributing to an overall business target in returnable packaging and services business.
· Spearheading the onboarding of new strategic automotive and FMCG OEMs, along with Tier‑1 customers across the west region and PAN‑India.
· Driving sales planning initiatives based on OEM clusters and detailed revenue estimations.
· Managing large revenue key accounts to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction.
· Completion of Supply chain study within a week of request made by customer by communicating with customer.
· Sharing all the details of SCS to design team & discuss if any additional details required and co-ordinate with customers to gather those details.
· To develop new packaging products in response to briefs. In-Depth understanding of packaging structure, ingredients, and manufacturing process.
· Develop Techno-commercial proposals for packaging products and manage execution of Project Orders for packaging solution.




· Negotiation & finalization of Orders.
· Prepare post order documentation. The position will be responsible for cleaning the documents, resolving the customer comments and timely submission.
· Take care of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging development, rate finalization, arrange PO, manage proofing, assure timely delivery of PM, Quality assurance.
· Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered financial and technical proposal and resolve any technical-related issues that occur during the order cycle.
· Timely completion and tracking of ongoing projects for trial and it’s corresponding updating required in Live Projects Charter.
· Lead packaging related cost improvement programs.
· Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
· To ensure development of parts as per drawing and reviewing
