Key Responsibilities
Analyse and validate client data for software implementation
Configure software modules, digital forms, and customer environments
Support product implementation, system setup, and quality validation
Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT (GPT-5), Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies to improve productivity
Collaborate with our Australia and UK Product Support & Customer Success teams
Learn enterprise software implementation, product configuration,



and customer onboarding
Requirements
Engineering Graduate or Final Year Student (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines)
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Passion for AI, software products, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
