Role: Co-Founder – Sales, GTM & Growth
NexAgents is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Co-Founder – Sales, GTM & Growth who will work directly with the founding team to build the company's go-to-market engine and revenue function from the ground up.
This is not a conventional sales or business development position. You will take ownership of customer acquisition, revenue generation,



sales strategy, partnerships, and the development of a repeatable B2B SaaS sales motion.
You will be expected to operate hands-on—from identifying the right market and prospects to conducting executive-level conversations, running product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own NexAgents' go-to-market and revenue strategy across target B2B markets.
Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), target industries, buyer personas, and market segments.
Build and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, referrals, partnerships, events, and other channels.
Identify and engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Sales Leaders, and Operations Leaders.
Conduct discovery calls, understand operational pain points, and position NexAgents against customer requirements.
