SCADA & OT Integration Engineer — Site Digitization Hub

We are looking for a SCADA & OT Integration Engineer to join our global team. You will own the end-to-end digital onboarding of utility-scale renewable sites, ensuring clean and auditable connectivity by Provisional Acceptance. This is your chance to shape how ENGIE scales its digital operations worldwide.
What You'll Do
Own full SCADA Backbone onboarding for assigned PV, BESS/Hybrid, and Wind sites from kickoff through Provisional Acceptance
Review SCADA architecture, SLD documentation, tag lists, and data models against ENGIE standards, issuing structured compliance findings
Configure and troubleshoot site-level dataloggers, gateways, and servers across the OT protocol stack including Modbus, IEC 104, OPC UA, and DNP3
Coordinate remotely with OEM vendors, EPC contractors, and country commissioning teams to resolve integration blockers on time
Lead or support FAT/SAT activities, ensuring tag mapping accuracy, data quality, and telemetry integrity before handover
Identify non-conformances in SCADA deliverables, track resolution to closure, and escalate risks to SDH leadership
Contribute to SDH standards by developing playbooks, reference architectures, and feeding real-world requirements into automation tooling
What You Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent discipline
5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale renewable energy SCADA engineering, with depth in solar PV commissioning and PPC integration
Robust command of OT communication protocols: IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, Modbus TCP/RTU, and OPC DA/UA
Ability to independently review and validate techn
