Rajyog is a wedding venue that believes great decor shouldn't cost a fortune. We're looking for someone to lead our decor team — someone who can turn a simple hall into a stunning wedding setup, work smart with budgets, and lead a small team to pull it off, every single time.

What you'll be doing

Meeting couples and families, understanding their vision, and turning it into decor they'll love
Designing mandaps, stages, entrances, and table setups that look great and stay on budget
Leading the decor team on setup day — making sure everything's ready on time
Finding smart, affordable materials and reusing what we already have
Keeping our decor fresh and exciting so every wedding feels special
What we're looking for





Someone with hands-on decor/event experience (no fancy design degree needed — just a good eye and real experience)
2+ years working on event decor; some experience leading a team is a plus
Comfortable working with a budget and finding creative solutions instead of expensive ones
Good with people — clients, vendors, and your own team
Bonus if you know your way around Canva or Photoshop for mood boards
