CUREAYU is an Ayurvedic health brand for Indians 45+ who are managing real conditions — kidney health, blood sugar, joint pain, digestion, sleep. Not a wellness lifestyle brand. Our customers come to us after other things haven't worked, and they stay because our formulations do.

What this role actually is

You will not be making generic wellness posts.
You'll be building content for an audience most brands ignore: 50, 55, 60-year-olds dealing with a diagnosis, reading every ingredient label, and deciding whether to trust us. Writing for them is a real skill. Getting them to stop scrolling is harder than chasing Gen Z trends — and far more valuable to learn.
You'll sit inside the marketing team, work directly with the founder, and see exactly how content turns into revenue. You bring the ideas, the hooks, and the raw material.

What you'll do

Ideate content, daily. Reel concepts, carousel angles, story ideas, hooks — built around real customer conditions, questions, and objections
Write the words. Captions, hooks, on-screen text, reel scripts,



WhatsApp broadcast copy — in English, Hindi, and Hinglish
Capture raw content. Shoot product, behind-the-scenes, unboxing, and customer-story footage on your phone. Hand it to the editor
Run the calendar. Plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — and keep it consistent, which is the whole point
Own the comments and DMs. Respond in brand voice, spot recurring questions, and route real customer queries to the right person
Mine testimonials. Chase down customer stories and turn them into social proof — this is one of the highest-value things you'll do here
Study what's working. Track competitor ads, health-space creators, and trending formats. Bring us 5 ideas worth stealing every week
Report the numbers. Weekly view of reach, saves, shares, and what actually drove enquiries
