The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in driving sales performance across regions by coordinating with pan-India sales teams, monitoring sales data, supporting closures and collections, and strengthening team capability through training, reviews, and motivation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on involvement in sales operations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS)
- Solid analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness to travel to other regions for business reviews and visits

1. Creating, organizing,



and conducting weekly sales review meetings with the sales team across India.
2. Developing, maintaining, and tracking region-wise and salesperson-wise sales dashboards, and presenting the same to Management for review and decision-making.
3. Conducting fortnightly review meetings with the sales team covering:
- Design data
- Slow-moving inventory
- Outstanding payments
- Challans and order execution status
4. Supporting the sales team with client follow-ups for order closures, payment collections, and issue resolution.
5. Training, mentoring, and guiding new joinees on sales pitch, customer approach, market strategy, and reviewing their Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and movement plans.
6. Taking initiatives to drive sales performance through incentive schemes, penalty structures, and performance-linked mechanisms as required.
7. Identifying performance gaps within the sales team and recommending team restructuring, including additions or deletions, to
