About the role




We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled People & Talent Partner to be our sole People team representative in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role combining full HR generalist responsibility for our Bengaluru population with ownership of the Talent Acquisition Partner function for all Bengaluru hiring.
You will be the on-the-ground face of the People team locally, working closely with the wider UK-based People team and Bengaluru leadership to ensure our people practices and recruitment activity are delivered to a high standard, and are compliant with Indian employment law.
The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on generalist who is equally comfortable running a recruitment pipeline as they are advising a manager on an employee relations matter, and who thrives operating autonomously as the sole People presence in office.
