Role Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and maintain the hotel’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content for hotel rooms, restaurants, events,



offers, promotions and celebrations.
Coordinate photography and videography for hotel events, food promotions and campaigns.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and online reviews.
Support paid digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with external agencies where required.
Track digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry.
Marketing & Communications
Support the planning and execution of hotel marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, digital creatives, e-mailers and promotional materials.
Ensure all communication follows Radisson Hotel Group brand guidelines.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Sales, Front Office, Events and other departments for promotional require
