Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–4 years of experience in the IT industry. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and business development. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Interact with domestic and international clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and other business documents.




Support contract negotiations and business closures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills
0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
Willingness to interact with domestic and international clients.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Interest in selling IT services such as Software Development, ERP Solutions, Odoo, Web Development, Mobile App Development, or Cloud Solutions.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
