Role Description The Computer Programmer role at Disha Computers is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolhapur. The Computer Programmer will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and tools used for internal operations and customer-facing services. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient code, optimizing back-end systems, testing and debugging programs, and integrating software with existing hardware and service workflows.



The role involves collaborating with service and sales teams to understand requirements, implementing software enhancements, and ensuring reliable performance of business-critical applications. The Computer Programmer will also document code, maintain version control, and provide technical support for deployed solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, with experience in at least one up-to-date programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, such as server-side frameworks, databases, and API integration.
