Responsibilities

You will lead the legal workstream for DataVolt’s global data center development program, from early-stage structuring and project development through EPC contracting, project finance, commercialization and operations.

You will be expected to step in and deliver from day one, independently leading complex project, EPC and financing transactions, supervising external counsel, and acting as a key business partner to the projects, finance and commercial teams and also compliance workstreams.





Act as lead lawyer on strategic data center projects globally, from early development through construction and operation.
Structure, draft and negotiate all key project and delivery contracts, including (as relevant) EPC / EPCM / design-build contracts, long-lead equipment supply agreements, O&M; agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), colocation / GPUaaS contracts, connectivity and cooling arrangements, and land / real estate documentation.
Support and, where required, lead on project finance and structured financing arrangements, working closely with lenders, investors and financial advisers to deliver bankable structures and documentation
Support corporate development initiatives (e.g. acquisitions, disposals, platform investments) from term sheet through closing.
