Location
The position is in our New Delhi (Saket) office, and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR.

Role Description




The Marketing Specialist owns the execution and management of IML's lead generation engine — primarily Meta Ads, with scope to expand into other paid channels. The Marketing Specialist's job is to translate the founder's direction into campaign execution, manage day-to-day optimization, keep the lead pipeline (webinar sign-ups + call bookings) full and healthy, and report back with clean data so KJ can make the next call faster.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

1. Campaign Execution & Management

Launch, monitor, and optimize high-ROI Meta Ads campaigns (and other platforms as assigned) based on strategic briefs, leading end-to-end creative testing, audience targeting, media buying, and campaign scaling.
Manage budgets and daily/weekly spending pacing across all active campaigns.
Execute day-to-day optimization, including audience testing, budget shifts, and pausing underperformers—within established financial guardrails
Own and execute high-converting WhatsApp
