We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail store in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Assist customers with premium product selection and bespoke gifting requirements.
Manage inventory, stock planning, and replenishment.
Maintain luxury visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the management team.




Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Who We're Looking For
4–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
Mandatory experience in Event Planner/Management. Candidates with prior experience in luxury weddings, event planning, or premium event companies will be given first preference.
Candidates must also have experience in either a Luxury Gifting brand or the Home Décor industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong sales acumen with outstanding customer relationship skills.
A well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
