Role Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a full-time, in office position based in Patiala. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, generating and sending invoices, recording payments, and monitoring outstanding balances.



The clerk will reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, updating ledgers, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Invoicing skills for managing ledgers, billing, and payment records.
Candidates should possess Finance and Analytical Skills for reviewing account balances, detecting discrepancies, and supporting reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
