We are looking for an experienced Instagram Personal Branding & Growth Strategist to take ownership of our CEO's personal brand on Instagram.
This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role.
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with individual creators, influencers, founders, or public personalities and has contributed to their Instagram growth through strong content strategy, planning, ideation and execution.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently understand what content can build a personal brand, generate reach, attract the right audience and consistently grow an Instagram profile.
You will be responsible for building the content direction and growth strategy for the CEO's Instagram presence- from identifying content opportunities and developing ideas to planning shoots, formats, frequency and overall content strategy.
What You'll Do




Own and develop the Instagram personal branding strategy for the CEO.
Create and manage a transparent content strategy and content calendar aligned with the CEO's positioning and target audience.
Develop original and actionable content ideas, concepts and formats for Reels and other Instagram content.
Identify content opportunities, trends, formats and storytelling approaches that can maximise reach, engagement and audience growth.
Plan weekly/monthly content requirements, including shoot frequency, shoot concepts, content formats and themes.
Guide the CEO on what content to create, how it should be presented and how it can be improved for stronger performance.
Analyse Instagram performance and continuously identify what is working, what is not and what needs to change.
Develop strategies to improve reach, follower acquisition, engagement and overall personal brand visibility.
