Job Responsibilities:
Design and build portals with reports and dashboards as needed
Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking
Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version control.
Recommend and follow best practices when building custom solutions in Zoho.
Provide Zoho end-user support, including training where required, to the business teams and customers.
Engage with business stakeholders (internal and external) when required.
Qualifications/ Skill-set:
Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho suite of business apps
Programming skills (Zoho Deluge, Core Java, HTML, CSS)
Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Minimum 2 years of experience using Deluge.
