Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary-
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with exceptional Excel and data analysis skills to manage the complete financial lifecycle of our offline retail stores and export business. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from payment collection reconciliation to store/export-level profit & loss analysis — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities-

Finance & Accounting
Take complete ownership of offline store/export accounts
Reconcile daily sales, cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections
Track and validate bank settlements and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate ledger entries
Reconciliation & Controls
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of store transactions
Identify variances, shortages, or excesses and coordinate resolution
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
Data Analysis & Reporting




Prepare store-wise and region-wise MIS reports
Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability
Generate P&L; statements for individual offline stores
Highlight trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
Excel & Data Management
Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS– preferred)
Manage large datasets with high accuracy
Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with store managers, operations, and finance teams
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years experience in accounting, retail finance, or data analysis
