Role Description This is a full-time, in office Behavioral Therapist role located in Thane. The Behavioral Therapist will provide direct ABA-based interventions to children, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.



Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments under supervision, delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, and supporting children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. The role involves collaborating closely with supervisors, speech and occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. The Behavioral Therapist will also partner with families through caregiver training, regular progress updates, and participation in team meetings to adjust goals and strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement behavior intervention plans and data-driven strategies.
Background in Psychology and experience or training in evidence-based behavioral interventions for children.
