We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Application Specialist – Study Abroad to manage and support the end-to-end application process for students aspiring to study overseas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of international university admissions, along with proven student counselling experience and some exposure to sales. The role requires the ability to effectively guide, counsel, and convince students about suitable academic opportunities across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of student applications for universities in multiple destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Counsel and guide students to identify the most suitable courses and universities based on their academic background, career aspirations, and eligibility.
• Use persuasive communication skills to help students make informed decisions and stay motivated throughout the application process.
• Assist students in preparing academic documents, SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other required materials
.



• Review student applications for accuracy and compliance before submission to universities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (counsellors, visa teams, finance, etc.) to ensure a seamless and productive application journey.
• Liaise with university representatives and admission offices to track application progress and obtain timely updates.
• Maintain accurate application records, update CRMs and trackers, and provide weekly progress reports to management.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the application pipeline.
• Ensure all applications adhere to university admission and compliance standards.
• Follow internal processes while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and student satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in international education, university admissions, or student counselling roles.
