Role Description The Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, and mentoring students in management subjects i.e. Finance, Statistics, Economics. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating course content, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and providing academic guidance to learners.



The role also involves engaging in research activities, publishing in academic journals, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to academic events, seminars, and workshops. The Assistant Professor will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, accreditation processes, and industry outreach initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based at the SISTec campus in Bhopal.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management disciplines.
