Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Specialist role is based in Puri. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for HDFC Life’s insurance products.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The role involves nurturing long-term relationships, providing prompt customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal processing and policy issuance. The specialist will also support branch-level business growth targets, prepare regular sales and activity reports, and participate in local marketing or outreach initiatives.
