Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Bengaluru North. The Real Estate Agent will identify and source commercial property opportunities, conduct property tours,



and guide clients through the full transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building relationships with investors and business owners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth closings. The Real Estate Agent is expected to provide responsive client service, uphold compliance with local regulations, and represent Cornerstone eXp’s brand and values in all interactions.
Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a robust understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, with knowledge of commercial property markets and investment-focused advisory.
