Code to Couture is a boutique performance marketing agency specializing in fashion and luxury brands. We're looking for a Google Ads Manager/Associate to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for our roster of fashion and lifestyle clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy

Responsibilities:
• Build monthly/weekly content strategies rooted in brand identity, collection stories, stylistic references, and seasonal moments.
• Develop narratives for campaigns, drops, festive edits, lookbooks, BTS and influencer-led content.

Skillsets:
• Solid grasp of fashion communication, trend forecasting, moodboarding.
• Ability to adapt tone: luxury, editorial, playful, or contemporary.
• Insight into audience psychology and brand positioning.

2. Creative Direction & Production Supervision

Responsibilities:
• Convert ideas into shoot plans; curate references, shot lists, locations, styling cues.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, editors, models, and founders.
• Ensure content is elevated, on-tone, and visually consistent with luxury standards.





Skillsets:
• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and fashion styling.

3. Social Platform Management

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and upload content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
• Maintain consistent posting cadence, topicality, and visual consistency.
• Optimize each post with effective captions, hooks, hashtags, and alt text.

Skillsets:
• Deep platform knowledge, analytics literacy, and understanding of luxury digital behaviour.
• Ability to craft scroll-stopping captions and elevated copy.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability.

4. Community Engagement & Brand Reputation

Responsibilities:
• Respond to DMs, comments, and queries in the brand’s tone.
• Build relationships with loyal customers, brides-to-be, stylists, and creators.
• Monitor brand sentiment and ensure clean representation across channels.
