About the Role
We're looking for a creative and quick-moving Video Editor who understands internet culture and can create engaging, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms. The ideal candidate has strong editing fundamentals, is comfortable using AI-powered creative tools, and can translate ideas into high-retention videos that resonate with younger audiences.
Responsibilities
Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
Create fast-paced,



engaging edits with strong hooks, seamless transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and captions.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Use AI tools to enhance editing workflows, generate creative assets, improve efficiency, and experiment with new content formats.
Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, viral formats, creator styles, and platform best practices.

Requirements
0-2 years of experience in video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for video production and post-production.
Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, music selection, typography, and visual composition.
