About the Role
HIPA Masalas is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our sales and distribution network.
The role will involve developing business across retail and distribution channels, building strong customer relationships, identifying current market opportunities, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners.
Conduct regular market visits to expand HIPA Masalas' presence across assigned territories.
Drive primary and secondary sales in line with business targets.
Manage customer enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and collections as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product movement.
Ensure effective product availability and visibility across the assigned market.




Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular market insights to the management team.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
Consistently achieve assigned sales and distribution objectives.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, food, spices, grocery, or related consumer-product industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of retail and distribution sales.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong market development and business-acquisition mindset.
A valid driving licence and two-wheeler are preferred.
