We are looking for a driven HR Manager whose first priority is building our team — sourcing and closing the right hires, fast — and who can then run a tight, reliable people-ops backbone for a scaling company.

Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer closure, and onboarding — this is the core of the role
· Build and manage a consistent hiring pipeline across design, sales, and execution functions to match company growth targets
· Maintain daily attendance tracking and ensure accurate, timely records
· Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and statutory compliance
· Manage leave records, approvals, and policy adherence across the team
· Handle day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
· Design, implement,



and enforce HR policies and SOPs
· Drive employee engagement, onboarding experience, and workplace culture
· Support training and development initiatives for new and existing employees
· Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports for management

Requirements
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
· Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with a proven, demonstrable hiring track record
· Strong communication and people management skills
· Hands-on with payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance processes
· Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven — comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
· Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, founder-led environment
· Gujarati language proficiency preferred
