About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our Risk and Regulatory Reporting portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a continuous improvement mindset. Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives and contemporary delivery practices will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and servant leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.
Delivery Management
Lead the Agile delivery of projects within the Risk and Regulatory Reporting portfolio.




Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain healthy product backlogs.
Track sprint progress, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and key Agile metrics.
Ensure timely delivery of business requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Technology Teams, and Delivery Managers.
Provide regular project updates, sprint dashboards, and delivery reports.
Facilitate effective communication across business and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery objectives.
Governance & Process Excellence
Maintain Agile delivery artifacts including sprint metrics, RAID logs, project documentation, and dashboards.
Support governance reporting and ensure adherence to Agile delivery standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery effectiveness.
