Job Description
As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Accor's brand presence across South Asia by delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.
You will work closely with regional and global marketing teams, hotel stakeholders,



and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution, develop impactful campaigns, and support marketing excellence across operating and pre-opening hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of Accor's brand and marketing strategies across the South Asia portfolio.
Ensure consistent application of global brand standards and oversee brand validation for pre-opening hotels.
Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and offline channels.
Collaborate with creative, media, PR, and production agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar in partnership with Digital, Loyalty, Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel teams.
Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to identify trends and support data-driven marketing decisions.
