Role Description The Team Leader BPO Operations role is a full time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves overseeing day-to-day contact center operations, ensuring that service levels, quality standards, and performance targets are consistently met. The Team Leader will guide and support a team of customer service professionals, monitor performance metrics, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.



Daily responsibilities include scheduling and workload management, coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing operational reports, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Qualifications

Robust customer focus, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and service quality improvement.
Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
Operations Management experience, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and adherence to KPIs.
People Management capabilities, such as team leadership, coaching, motivation, and performance management.
Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience in BPO/contact center operations, preferably in a team leader or supervisory role.
