LoadNow is a fast-growing logistics tech platform building the future of freight movement in India — spanning Full Truckload (FTL), Part Truckload (PTL), and hyperlocal delivery network powered by bikers. We work with leading enterprises across FMCG, Retail, Telecom, E-commerce, Manufacturing, and Pharma, and we're scaling fast across new sectors, geographies, and service lines.
We're looking for a Business Development Head to lead our next phase of enterprise growth.

About the Role
As Business Development Head, you'll own LoadNow's enterprise sales strategy end-to-end — from identifying and closing large accounts across FTL, PTL, and hyperlocal delivery, to building and mentoring a high-performing BD team. You'll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (operations, tech, finance) to convert pipeline into long-term, high-margin partnerships.

What You'll Do
· Drive new enterprise client acquisition across FMCG, Retail, Telecom, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Pharma,



and allied sectors for FTL and PTL logistics
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from prospecting and RFPs to negotiation and closure
· Own key account relationships post-onboarding, ensuring retention, account growth, and margin health
· Develop go-to-market strategy for new verticals and service lines, including the hyperlocal delivery business
· Represent LoadNow in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnership discussions
· Collaborate with operations and finance teams to structure competitive, sustainable commercial proposals
· Build, mentor, and scale a business development team as the company grows
· Report on pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue growth to leadership
What We're Looking For
· 8–10 years of experience in business development / enterprise sales, with meaningful exposure to logistics, freight, supply chain, or related B2B services
