Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Pune City. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce services, answer queries, and capture accurate information in the system. Daily tasks include following calling scripts, updating CRM records, scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team,



and sharing feedback from conversations to improve outreach strategies. The role also involves meeting call volume and quality targets, adhering to communication and data privacy guidelines, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Ability to handle outbound calling, manage inbound inquiries, and maintain professional, customer-centric interactions.
Competence in basic computer operations, CRM or calling software, and accurate data entry.
Skills in organizing daily call schedules, prioritizing leads, and meeting performance targets.
Comfort with working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to feedback and training.
Preferred experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or B2B outreach.
