Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard a diverse network of suppliers and partners, including collection agencies, recyclers, logistics providers, and technology vendors, ensuring alignment with Karo Sambhav's circular economy mission and values of inclusion and fairness.
Lead robust negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure the best value, quality,



and timely delivery of goods and services essential for our EPR programs and operational needs.
Develop and implement productive procurement processes and policies, leveraging technology for enhanced transparency, traceability, and accountability across the supply chain.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Program Management) to understand specific material and service requirements, forecast demand, and ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with project timelines.
Monitor market trends, conduct supplier performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, enhance supplier relationships, and integrate innovative sustainable procurement practices.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and ethical standards, contributing to Karo Sambhav's commitment to integrity and responsible operations.
