Role Description This is a full time Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns for artist releases, label initiatives, and brand partnerships across digital and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying audience segments, and developing marketing strategies that enhance visibility and engagement.



The role involves coordinating with artists and internal teams, preparing promotional materials, managing social media and other communication channels, and supporting sales and distribution efforts. The Marketing Specialist will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data and audience feedback.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for internal collaboration, artist liaison, and external stakeholder management
Proficiency in Market Research to analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes
Experience in Sales and customer acquisition activities within entertainment or related industries
Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategy aligned with label and artist goals
Customer Service mindset to foster positive fan interactions and audience loyalty
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree
