Role Description The Telesales Specialist role at Akalpam is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The specialist will make outbound and receive inbound calls to generate sales, promote Akalpam’s dairy products, and convert leads into customers. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and perks,



answering customer questions, handling objections, and closing sales in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining accurate call and sales records, following up with potential and existing customers, and supporting post-sale customer care to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
