Job Summary

We are looking for a senior paid marketing professional who can plan, execute,
optimize, and scale integrated B2B paid marketing campaigns, with a strong focus
on LinkedIn advertising, ABM, and demand generation.

You will be responsible for managing multiple paid marketing campaigns
simultaneously, primarily on LinkedIn, with supporting campaigns across Google




and other relevant platforms. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in
LinkedIn campaign optimization, ad creative development, audience targeting,
lead generation, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in AI tools such as ChatGPT and
Claude and be able to use them effectively to accelerate campaign planning,
research, copywriting, analysis, optimization, and day-to-day marketing
execution.

Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid marketing campaigns, with a primary
focus on LinkedIn Ads and secondary retargeting focus on Twitter/X, Youtube
Google Ads and other relevant platforms.

* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different audiences,
services, objectives, and stages of the marketing funnel.

* Develop and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for awareness, engagement, website
traffic, lead generation, ABM, and demand generation.
