Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Placement Coordinator / Corporate Sales Executive will build and manage relationships with corporate partners to create hiring and internship opportunities for Polaris students. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential recruiting organizations, conducting corporate meetings and presentations, and negotiating placement and partnership terms. The role involves coordinating placement drives, maintaining a structured database of employer contacts and opportunities, and regularly tracking and reporting placement outcomes.



The individual will work closely with academic and student-facing teams to understand learner profiles, align corporate requirements, and ensure a smooth end-to-end placement process.

Qualifications
Robust corporate outreach and sales abilities, including lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management with HR and business leaders.
Placement coordination skills, such as organizing recruitment events, managing schedules, and handling end-to-end placement logistics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and professional written communication.
Ability to analyze hiring trends and employer feedback, and use data to refine placement strategies and student preparation.
Comfort working with technology tools and CRM or placement management systems for tracking contacts and opportunities.
