We're looking for someone who wants to learn how business is actually won.

QGM Studios is the production arm of Quark Gluon Media, creating qualified product photography, videos and campaign content for brands. As a Business Development Intern, you won't just be collecting leads or sending templated emails. You'll be responsible for finding the right brands, starting conversations and helping turn prospects into paying clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research brands that have a genuine need for professional content production
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database
- Reach out to decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email
- Pitch QGM Studios' production capabilities and identify potential opportunities
- Understand a prospect's business and identify what we can solve for them
- Follow up consistently and move leads through the pipeline
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with potential clients
- Assist in preparing proposals,



pitch decks and quotations
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records
- Work closely with the creative and production team to convert opportunities into projects

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Is confident enough to start a conversation with a stranger
- Isn't afraid of rejection or repeated follow-ups
- Has excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Can research a company before approaching it
- Understands that good sales is about solving a problem, not pushing a service
- Is curious about brands, advertising, photography and content
- Is organised, persistent and target-driven
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

Freshers are welcome. You don't need previous sales experience. But you do need the confidence, curiosity and hunger to learn it.
