About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to take ownership of our digital growth and patient acquisition.
This is not a role limited to running advertisements. You will be responsible for understanding the complete marketing funnel:
Ad → Lead → Follow-up → Consultation → Patient → Revenue
You will work closely with the leadership, clinical, content, creative and telecalling teams to improve lead quality,
conversion and overall marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage campaigns for OPD, IPD, Panchkarma and specialized healthcare programs.
Optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates and ROAS.
Test audiences, creatives, offers, campaigns and landing pages.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets.
Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition
Generate consistent, high-quality patient enquiries.
Track the complete lead-to-patient journey.
Work with the telecalling team to improve lead conversion.
Identify and solve conversion drop-offs.
Focus on quality and business outcomes, not just lead volume.
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Work on on-page, technical and local SEO.
Identify opportunities to generate organic patient enquiries.
