About the Role-
We're looking for an experienced business development professional who can build meaningful customer relationships and drive profitable growth across our logistics verticals.
This is a field-heavy role requiring someone who enjoys meeting customers, understanding supply chains and closing long-term contracts.
If your approach to sales is simply sending quotations over WhatsApp, this role isn't for you.
What You'll Be Responsible ForBusiness Development
Generate new business across FTL, Warehousing and C&F.;
Identify and engage manufacturing,
FMCG, retail, electronics, pharma and industrial clients.
Build relationships with Supply Chain Heads, Procurement Managers and Plant Heads.
Develop strategic accounts from first meeting through commercial closure.
Sales Pipeline
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings and warehouse visits.
Understand customer operations before proposing solutions.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Key Account Development
Grow existing customer relationships.
Cross-sell Haulistic's logistics services.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
Ensure commitments made during sales are operationally achievable.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and weekly sales reports.
