Role Description The Area Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Varanasi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-office. This role is responsible for overseeing retail sales operations across assigned outlets or territories, ensuring sales targets are met and customer experience standards are maintained. Day-to-day activities include managing store performance, guiding and mentoring sales teams, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing sales and promotional strategies.



The Area Retail Sales Manager will regularly analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with senior management to refine retail strategies. The role also involves building strong relationships with key customers, addressing escalated service issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
