About the Role: We're looking for a CRM executive to own client relationships for Dolly J.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and run CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS
● Manage client communication across the full lifecycle — acquisition, nurture, retention, post-purchase
● Handle client queries with prompt, accurate, and brand-appropriate responses
● Segment client data to build targeted campaigns
● Maintain the CRM database. Ensure data hygiene and accurate tagging
● Draft client communication in the brand's voice — minimal, craft-forward, exact
● Track CRM performance metrics — open rates, CTR, conversion, repeat purchase rate
● Support retail and MBO teams with clienteling for VIP and repeat clients Requirements
● 2–4 years of CRM experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or D2C
● Strong written communication skills
● Familiarity with CRM tools like WhatsApp Business API or Klaviyo
● Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
● Experience with a luxury or bridal brand is a plus
