Work Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward, and customer-focused sales executive / fashion consultant to join our team at Jaywalking. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with no ongoing studies, with prior retail experience, passionate about fashion, and skilled at creating personalized shopping experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice to meet their needs.
• Build lasting client relationships to ensure repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, suggestions, and styling recommendations.

2. Sales
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional shopping experiences and achieving individual and store targets.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

3. Store Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.




• Handle inventory restocking, pricing, and tagging of merchandise.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and payment processing.

4. Fashion Expertise
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and brand offerings.
• Provide expert styling tips and outfit suggestions to customers.

5. Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective goals and deliver outstanding service.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of retail/fashion sales experience is mandatory — applications without this will not be considered.
Graduate (Bachelor's degree completed) - candidates must have completed college
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
